T. Cole Rachel is a writer, editor, and teacher who lives in Brooklyn.
Writer and editor with over 20 years of experience working in both print and digital media. Specializes in art and culture writing with a particular focus on long-form interviews, reported profile pieces, and deeply researched cultural histories. Adept at working with freelance writers, managing budgets, and multitasking on large projects simultaneously. Proficient in content management, social media and inbound marketing strategies.
T. Cole Rachel's work has appeared in Interview, The FADER, Pitchfork, The New York Times Magazine, Bon, Man Of The World, OUT, Dossier, Maxim and Stereogum. He is a regular contributor to Pitchfork and has served as a Contributing Editor at both V Magazine and Interview. He previously served as the Senior Editor at The Creative Independent. He teaches a recurring poetry workshop, Poetry & Photography, at SSHH in New York City.
