Arhythmia

Released

Antipop’s second album found them exiting low budget indie 75 Ark for established UK-based electronic label Warp. Whereas their debut was driven by solo songs by the individual group members embellished with some team-up tracks, Arrhythmia is a true group album, with M. Saayid, High Priest and Beans joined by Earl Blaize, whose engineering acumen seems to be responsible for a major rise in production values. Listen to the startling rap opera “Mega,” the sound design on “Ping Pong” or the refreshingly funky “Bubblz” to hear a maturing group of magnificent, creative rapper/producers.
