Chaos A.D. cover

Chaos A.D.

Released

Unafraid to tackle both controversial topics and controversial musical directions, the Brazilian death/thrash powerhouses in Sepultura went straight for the political throat amidst their groove metal move on their fifth album. Angry about cops, environmental devastation, censorship, and conflict between the various tribes of humanity, they drop tuned their guitars, slowed down the blitzkrieg, and stomped all over orthodoxy like Godzilla (who is also biotech, according to them). Their primal approach feels anything but primitive here.
