Fade Out

Released

Loop’s second album built on the strength of their first as well as related singles to elevate them to near godhead level among an underground worldwide garage/psych fanbase, with the addition of the “Collision” single to the US release making it even more of an experience. In whatever guise, Fade Out makes for an almost overwhelming listen, Robert Hampson’s often cryptic, lost in echo vocals and the band’s rampaging burns through songs with titles like “This Is Where You End,” “Vision Stain,” “Torched” and “Black Sun” a bracing, thrilling experience.
