Fire Dances

This is where Killing Joke started showing off. “Fun & Games” builds on a swinging 12/8 groove and finds singer Jaz Coleman expanding well beyond his usual hectoring bellow. “Let’s All Go,” the song from which the album takes its title, is insanely catchy despite its almost oppressively pounding guitars and drums — the chorus is positively anthemic, and the instrumental bridge is almost (dare I say it?) joyful. The whole album is brilliant.
