Inna Nice Up! Fashion

Recorded
Released

This collection reflects a collaboration between two mighty reggae labels: Fashion Records (which was the epicenter of London’s early dancehall scene in the 1980s) and Nice Up! Records (which is currently the epicenter of London’s reggae-adjacent bass music scene). The results of this collision are as delightful as you’d expect: classic 1980s UK reggae tunes by the likes of Asher Senator, Cutty Ranks, and Johnny Clarke given heavyweight dubstep, jungle, and future-dub remixes by producers like Machinedrum, Wrongtom and Radikal Guru.
