This is not a deprogrammed dance album by Wire’s Colin Newman, but it sounds a lot like that. There are some floating voiceovers that sound like Newmanian poetry and some chaotic programming that sounds like Mark Fell gone deep into the hairlines of a Max patch. The back third is a gorgeous set of tumbling waves, all buffed edges and titanium bleed.
