Kingdom of Bells (Egil Kalman Plays The Synthi 100)

Released

One very famous analog synth, and a big one, in Athens, played by a Swede with a mission. There is allegedly Scandinavian folk music at play in here, but I will not pretend I hear that. I hear an enormous vintage analog modular synth being masterfully programmed and plugged and linked up itself. All live and in stereo, no overdubs, gorgeous and nourishing stuff. It sounds like bells! There are no bells! A favorite of Stockhausen’s, also. Despite it being massive, Billy Corgan apparently owns one?
