Reflection

In the future years, when they make the Ken Burns vaporwave doc, Father2006 will tell the kids, “We just looped the attacks in eighth notes,” which is true for the opening track, the least compelling one. On the rest of the album, he opens up his chops and lets the slow roasting haze do its thing. This father enjoys his loops and his back of the SUV air conditioning pads, and the final effect is blissful disorientation, like the GPS sees you in the middle of the lake and you haven’t left the house.
