Sorrow Tomorrow

Guadalajara, Mexico band Has a Shadow finds a way to bring together noise, goth vibes, and experimental sounds into a fun combination. Taking the demented dancefloor-ready rhythms of deathrock, the swirling guitars of shoegaze, and a general sense of scuzziness, the band manages to bring about a party that walks the line between homage and unheard music. Tracks like “Sorrow,” “The Flesh,” and “Vampire Kiss” make for a dark, cacophonous riot.
