Tascam Space Season

Dub nuts Taka Noda and Danny Wolfers (Legowelt) get together and goof it out for thirty minutes. They have less of the chin-stroker’s dub boffin preciousness and more of the Jamaican tendency to record whatever you can think of on the spot and then dub it out later. This is less sleek digidub and more melodica-taped-to-Casio washes wired into midrange drum machine simplicity. Unpredictable and refreshingly unconcerned with authenticity.
