The Light at the End of the Tunnel

The Damned

1987
MCA Records

By 1987 and the Damned’s tenth anniversary of releasing albums, they’d had so many changes, false starts and restarts in their career that a summary of some sort was a really good idea. Thankfully then label MCA brought out the big guns with The Light At The End Of The Tunnel, a comprehensive two CD overview of their work to date, that made a great case for their many strengths. Besides can’t-miss classics it also wisely included a variety of rarities like the Viv Stanshall-guesting “Lovely Money” and an original song for TV’s The Young Ones, “Nasty.”

Since some albums are only available on one service, you’ll still see logos for other services if the album is only available on that service.
