The Looks or the Lifestyle?

Released

While the emergence of grunge and G-funk didn’t appreciably cause PWEI to change gears — if anything they seemed to love new realms of music to play around with/react against as they deepened their sampling and dance sensibilities — The Looks or the Lifestyle? temporarily held up things for them in America even while they ended up getting their biggest UK success to date. That was thanks to the catchy as hell “Get the Girl! Kill the Baddies!” while other songs like “Eat Me Drink Me Love Me Kill Me” hinted at the harder edged approach the band would take next time around.
