Come to the Sunshine: Soft Pop Nuggets from the WEA Vaults cover

Come to the Sunshine: Soft Pop Nuggets from the WEA Vaults

Recorded
1966-1972
Released

A lovely supplement to the wider Nuggets box set projects released by Rhino Records, Come to the Sunshine features a more specific exploration of sound — sunshine pop and thereabouts — and label from the late 60s and early 70s. With Andrew Sandoval handling the compiling and the liner notes, the result is a vivid exploration of some unjustly obscure work by both of-the-moment names like Harpers Bizarre and well established veterans trying something a little different like Anita Kerr and the Everly Brothers.
