Windows96, aka Gavriel, a Brazilian musician, makes vaporwave into a very organized little practice. This is more or less as if he was one of the acts who ended up being sampled and turned into vaporwave. (Is this pre-vapor? Moisture?) The melodies and pads are less sprawling and ambient—things keep their form and carry on like plain old computerized minor mood music, with touches of fake reggae and lots of keyboard pumping and popping, everything  getting up into that nitrous vapor bliss zone. Also a touch of the deep Coney Island Russian cafe, like they serve bison grass vodka?
