Rule The World - The Greatest Hits

Released

Supplanting the original 1992 Tears Fall Down compilation, 2017’s Rule The World became the handiest overview for the work of Tears for Fears for the curious. Besides a couple of new tracks, it includes the two best Roland Orzabal-only era singles, “Break It Down Again” and “Raoul And The King of Spain.” Otherwise it’s a thoroughly comprehensive view of their hit singles throughout the 1980s, including some particular singles-specific mixes as for “Change” and “Mothers Talk,” that captures their distinct and in many real senses unique sound and style.
