Space Bootleg

In how The Refo:mation’s one album was the Church minus Marty Willson-Piper, Mercator Projection was the Church minus Peter Koppes, but even more ad hoc: the 2006-era lineup, along with guitarist Jordan Brebach and noted Australian mastering legend William Bowden on electronics, did a fun one-off performance in December of that year concentrating on prog/glam cover versions. Space Bootleg is an edited document of the evening, featuring various Hawkwind covers in particular as well as revisiting songs from A Box of Birds and elsewhere.
