Sueño Eléctrico

With punk sensibilities and amazing sonic dynamics, it might be surprising to learn that Argentina’s Riel is a duo rather than a larger outfit. Sueño Eléctrico takes its cue from noise pop-based guitar music, emphasizing chords, skronk, and melody, which Riel exploit to their advantage, like on the reverb-drenched atmospherics of  “Nocturno,” the playful “Pasajes”, and the multifaceted, epic “Vibrando / Tesla coil.”
