I have no idea if RU Kaiser and Wegmüller had any interest in George Clinton and Funkadelic, or even how they assembled this album (essentially Wegmüller singing over The Cosmic Jokers), but this is as close to a German Maggot Brain as we have. Wegmüller made a tarot deck, included with the album, and he did not, in general, make music. You can more or less tune him out (it is in fact unclear what if anything he did)—this is the Cosmic Couriers going for it, creating their own melted stonehenge soul funeral.
