Con La Muerte a Tu Lado

Released

Taking punk back to the time when three chords, ratty amps, and shouting-instead-of-screaming were a feature in the genre, this Los Angeles band tapped into the same energy as the city’s earliest punk scene, delivering amateurish-and-proud tuneful rippers. Generación Suicida kept lyrics and musicianship close to the chest, making just-fast-enough tracks like “Dices,” “Juventud,” and “Reflejos” feel both like tributes to an era and timeless expressions of angst and frustration.
