The title track of this album by this Chilean producer features a sample from Martin Sorrondeguy of Los Crudos; that should give you an idea of what kind of techno album Dueños de Nada is. Paying as much attention to textures and dissonance as well as four-on-the-floor beats, Urquieta refuses to fit the mold. Highlights include the machine-gun-drum of “Después de Todo” and throbbing bass-heavy “La Sustancia de la Materia.”
