Created in the studio without any of the actual members of Warlock except for singer Doro Pesch, producer Joey Balin crafted a Bat Out Of Hell for the hairspray-and-headbanging set here. Tommy Bolan’s guitar flash perfectly complements Doro’s enthusiastic shrieks on stone-cold classics like “All We Are,” “I Rule the Ruins,” and “Fur Immer.” A triumph of 80s melodic metal by any stretch.
